Role Overview:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee civil engineering projects including planning, design, and execution.
Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale engineering projects.
